Get Ready for swim season!

Swim clinics are open to all swimmers ages 4-18, so long as they are able to swim the length of the pool unassisted. 

This program will focus on developing the fundementals of the four comptetive strokes, as well as conditioning them for the 2026 swim season. There are two clinics available:

Am I Ready for Swim Team?  is for swimmers who are new to swim teams, or those who have spent some time doing swim lessons and want to swim at a higher level. This clinic will focus on endurance and better mobility in the water.

 

Swim Clinics is for swimmers who have been on swim teams before. This clinic will refine the mechanics of the four competitive strokes, and condition swimmers for longer 50 - 100 yard events.

 

PRACTICE TIMES

Am I ready for Swim Team?: 4:30pm to 5:30 pm

Swim Clinics: 5:30pm to 6:30 pm

Single Week: $45

Both Weeks: $85
